About the Registrar’s Office

Registrar’s office members assist students with official documents and administrative services throughout their studies at AAU, including Student ID cards, transcripts, confirmations of study, diplomas, and maintaining student records. Whatever it may be, the Registrar’s Office staff are here to support you.

Services for Students

Below is a list of specific services and information that our Registrar’s Office can assist you with. Should you have a question not listed below, you are always welcome to check with the Registrar’s Office team and they will point you in the right direction.

  • Advice on obtaining a residence permit
  • Signing the University/Student Agreement
  • Change of name, address, phone, residency status, or any other relevant personal information 
  • Health insurance information
  • Confirmation of study letters

  • Completing the diploma recognition process to recognize your prior education
